Have access to a computer with internet.

If Blackboard is a component of your course, be certain you have reliable access to a computer with internet whether it is your personal computer, school computer lab, or a workplace computer.

Be able to effectively communicate through writing.

Written communication is a large component of online learning. Be able to communicate your views, while being appropriate and respectful to others.
